The Aquablast range has been designed to etch wheels, simultaneously blast and degrease components in a quick easy dust-free process to achieve outstanding finishing results on variety of components. Aqublast Wheelblaster uses wet blasting technology at same time blast, wash and prepare allow wheels after damage in one quick and simple step, make the wheel ready for painting. Wheelblaster combines the standard six stages process of manually preparing wheels into one application and reduces the process time from an hour / wheel to even 3-4 minutes in a compact cabinet. The process uses water mixed with an abrasive to blast wheels inside the box and get the best and perfect results.

Aqua Wheelblaster etches the wheel and prepare the wheels to the next phase, painting. Power of pressure can be adjusted for the user expectations and get more power to etch but this machine is not designed to remove completely everything else from the wheel. The modern painting technology on the wheels uses high temperature drying in oven what burns the paint on the wheel. therefore doesn’t make sense to completely clean the wheels and remove burned paint as well because enough to etch and the wheel will get ready for painting. If use dry technology to remove completely everything it could harm the quality and surface of the rim makes different surface like before.
