Shipping, Return and Refund policy.

Customer accepts, takes notes and reads this policy and accepts this policy when ordering the product from Wheel Repair World. Wheel Repair World doesn’t take any responsibility. If Customer/recipient does not work together with us, do not provideing evidence, photo or video to prove circumstances. Wheel Repair World denied all of case, return and refund where application doesn’t match following policy, Customer/recipient doesn’t have any photo or video documentation.

Shipping
1. Wheel Repair World provide order by shipping from stock or from factory.
1.1 Ship from stock: Regular stock shipping takes 4-12 business days, depends on the recipient’s location in US, Canada. Shipping time doesn’t included Custom and duty process if the shipment crosses the border of United States
1.2. Ship from factory: International shipping takes 6-12 weeks (exact time of shipping is showed on each products label on website in”Shipping”.) International shipping would take longer or shorter time. Customer will be informed and keeps posted with the scheduled delivery. Direct factory shipping is strongly depending of Vessel occupation, the route and mother nature condition and custom and duty process.  Wheel Repair World can’t take any responsibility for third party or mother nature reason.
1.3. For Distributor’s order and shipping see separate agreement between parties
2. Shipping is always insured and protected by freight and factory. Wheel Repair World does not have any liability with third parties services, if Customer find any damage or circumstances at the time of delivery
2.1 Take note on Bill of Lading documents, make pictures for evidence and make sure that equipment does not have any minor damages that can effect the appropriate use of the Equipment.
2.2. If equipment has minor damages, do not and call asap +1-800-201-7186 or do not take delivery. Photo and/or video documentation must have been take but has been take by Customer.
2.3. If Customer accepts shipment with damage but has not noticed the damage until after delivery, please call us at 1-800-201-7186 and/or send email with full photo documentation and description to john@wheelrepairworld.com. We will take care of any issues.

RETURN / REFUNDS
1. Wheel Repair World does accept return in 15 days, only when customer can provide information correctly and proof of evidence. Wheel Repair World doesn’t take any responsibility for any bad result, issues, refund or return application by user fault, bad operation and the issues can not repair or solved by Wheel Repair World or Factory.
1.1 If customer can prove that equipment knowledge or details doesn’t match on website product information and product can provide less service, parts, operation or accessories what  website provide. It must be provide photo or vide documentation
1.2. Wheel Repair World does not accept any liability for mistake, misunderstanding or misreading by the Customer if the Customer is dissapointed.
2. Wheel Repair World will accept a return if it is unused, on the original factory pack Equipment will be clean. Customer must be provided by photo or video documentation. Wheel Repair World will deny the return if equipment looks used, damaged or placed non original pallet and packing.
3. All Returns may subject of to a 35% restocking fee in domestic and 50% restocking fee in International, depending the reason of refunds.

Wheel Repair World ship all products with 100V single phase, 220V single phase or 220V 3 phase electrical plugin and electrical system, depends on the machine. Please make sure equipment’s electrical expectations before you order.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
Buyer acknowledges his responsibility to comply with all current safety and electrical requirements applicable to the purchased machinery’s end use and geographic location. Seller shall have no responsibility for the installation or setup of the machinery. Seller will provide online training for free and onsite machine operation and maintenance training for additional costs.

WARRANTY.
Wheel repair World warrants that the items sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment from Wheel Repair World. This warranty comprises the sole and entire warranty pertaining to items provided hereunder.
All other warranties, included but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for purpose, whether express, implied, or arising from operation of law, trade usage, or course of dealing are hereby disclaimed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are no warranties whatsoever on items built of acquired wholly or partially, to buyer’s designs or specifications.
Warranty void for parts. Wheel Repair World provide parts by warranty from originally form the factory with original parts. Wheel Repair World does not take any responsibility any other electrical or operation expectations by local, insurance or any special rules. All of modification, upgrading has to be the buyer responsibility because please contact to us before that the expected changes/modification can meet the machine’s safe operation and warranty expectations because all modifications or upgrade makes warranty lost.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY.
Seller’s liability arising from or in any way connected with the items sold or this contract shall be limited exclusively to repair or parts replacement of the items sold of the purchase price paid by buyer, at seller’s sole option. In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to lost profits arising from or in any way connected with this agreement or items sold hereunder, whether alleged to arise from breach of contract, express or implied warranty, or in tort, including without limitation, negligence, failure to warn or strict liability.

NOTICES.
Any and all notices necessary or required to be given under the terms of this agreement or by law, shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given when delivered if delivered in person, or if sent by mail at the earlier of their receipt or three (3) days after the same have been deposited in United States mail, addressed and postage prepaid to such party at its address set forth on the front of this invoice.
